Graphic Design and Events Specialist

Position SummaryDesign and create graphics for electronic communications, displays, print materials, and maintain the agency’s website. Assist in planning, preparation, and execution of events, ensuring brand consistency and engaging audiences to support the organization’s mission.
Essential Functions- Design graphics, concepts, and sample layouts based on layout principles and brand standards.
- Determine size, arrangement, and style of illustrative material and copy.
- Maintain the agency website for communication to the public, employees, donors, and clients.
- Plan content and manage agency social media pages.
- Plan, design, and prepare internal and external newsletters.
- Coordinate production and order of business cards and promotional materials.
- Assist in coverage of vendor booths and create presentations as requested.
- Track and analyze media coverage of events.
- Supervise production of all print and electronic materials.
- Identify target market and ensure content and design fit audience.
- Coordinate deadlines and communicate with appropriate staff.
- Assist with Kingdom Resource team initiatives.
- Assist Managing Director and Executive Team in planning and executing events such as Rise & Shine, 1896 Society, special drives, and recognition opportunities.
Education: An associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations and a minimum of two years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, accuracy, organizational skills, adaptability; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools; familiarity with Constant Contact or CRM systems; basic SEO and email marketing. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours.
Physical Demands- Ability to stand, walk, sit, manipulate, and reach; lift up to 25 lbs.
