Job Summary:

Responsible for providing customer service to passengers, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling queries or complaints.

• Flight Privileges:

Job Duties:

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, support during arrival and check-in, including special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
• Operate computerized systems for ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolve related issues.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes.
• Support ramp agents by ensuring wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs and assist passengers throughout the airport.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned, within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to obtain necessary credentials per airport or government requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly lift up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, climb, and crawl as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
