Great opportunity to join our Guest Services Team!Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Bring your positive energy to our Guest Services team! If you love helping people, solving problems with a smile, and being at the center of arts, science, and live events, this role is for you.
What you’ll doBe the friendly face (and voice!) of the Pavilion—assist guests by phone, in person, and email
Handle cash confidently and balance your daily sales report
Stay in the know on all events, exhibits, and shows
Jump into projects: outbound calls, data entry/cleanup, and mailing tickets/info
Join Box Office & All-Staff meetings and event/exhibit previews
Keep learning—complete training and stay current on procedures
What you’ll bringA customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to learn a point-of-sale system and follow SOPs
Solid cash-handling skills and attention to detail
At least 1 year of computer experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience preferred
$16.00/hour starting pay
