Dental Insurance Coordinator​/Treatment Coordinator

Dental Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Coordinator What You'll Do:

• Verify dental insurance benefits and coverage prior to appointments
• Submit and track insurance claims efficiently and accurately
• Follow-up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement
• Explain insurance benefits and patient responsibilities clearly and compassionately
• Maintain up-to date patient records and billing information
• Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to optimize the patient experience

• 1+ year of experience in dental insurance coordination (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, codes and billing practices
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
