Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the design team in all aspects of commercial construction projects
- Create and oversee the implementation of design plans
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and develop junior design team members
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction design
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
