Emergency Medicine Physician

Seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our group of 33 Emergency Medicine Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.

Details:

• This group covers 4 locations including 2 freestanding ERs, 1 heart hospital ER, and the main ER at our Level II Trauma Center
• The main ER sees 32,000 patients annually with an admission rate of 30%
• It is staffed with EM Physicians working 10 and 12-hour shifts with 50 hours of physician coverage per day
• The physicians work 130 hours (13 shifts) monthly and receive incentive pay for additional shifts
• Our Care flight helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft transport patients from a service area of 800,000 people
• We are proud of our 20-minute door-to-doctor time and our 2-hour length of stay
• Our patient satisfaction rate consistently exceeds 90%
• The physicians are employed and eligible for a group incentive for positive operating results.
