Seeking a BC/BE Hospice Medicine physician to Develop and Lead as Hospice Medical Director!

The Practice:

• Flexible work schedule, plus call coverage
• Role includes the clinical program development of a shared home hospice and inpatient program
• Practice includes clinical and administrative leadership of the Hospice program
• Program features Home Hospice, Residential Hospice Cottages, and a 20-Bed Adult/Ped Inpatient Hospice House
• Disease management and pain and symptom management of all levels of hospice patient care
• Experience in care of terminally ill patients and program development is desired
• Interdisciplinary Team includes: APPs, RN, Pastoral Care, Social Worker, Case Management and Medical Ethicists
