Our Sioux Falls locations are set to open in early 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and creative individuals to help us fill every classroom and every position.

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• *** These are responsibilities for our most common positions, but will be happy to discuss responsibilities for less common positions.

Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.

• CDA or early childhood education degree (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
• Willing to train!

• 50% off of preschool or after school tuition for full-time employees
