Job Overview
IT Field Support Technician – Sioux Falls
Join Gr8ttek to support hardware and break‑fix services for client products. For the Infrastructure Delivery team, the Field Specialist reports to the Territory Supervisor and will handle hardware‑focused services, troubleshoot and repair activities, and analytical decision‑making as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
Technical school certification or equivalent, 1–2 years relevant experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, basic repair toolkit, ability to drive to client locations, lift 50 lbs equipment, Dell/Lenovo certification training offered.
- Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
- Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned
- Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
- Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
- Providing customer break‑fix support for designated equipment
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- May provide functional guidance to colleagues
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Compensation: $40 per call / $5 per call per diem
- Dell/Lenovo certification training
