• Take the helm of their new Sioux Falls office—launch, lead, and set the standard for excellence in the region.
• Oversee civil infrastructure projects, especially in wastewater treatment, utility systems, and site development.
• Drive design-build projects from initial concept through final construction.
• Lead technical design efforts and provide redline reviews.
• Cultivate strong relationships with municipalities, agencies, and industry partners.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and crafting winning proposals.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Dakota, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on wastewater infrastructure and utilities.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• A “draw it and build it” mindset—comfortable flexing between the design desk and the field.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for navigating tough conversations when needed.
