• Has extensive breadth and depth of knowledge in a field of specialization and working knowledge of other fields.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, in field related to specific position.
• Advanced engineer with 8–12 years of career experience, with bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or master’s degree. Or experience in lieu of education.
