Electric Rainbow Arcade Attendant

We are currently looking for someone to join our team. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Currently hiring for a verity of shifts.

Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Summary of Position
:
Arcade Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs and exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. Attendant will assist with minor repairs on game machines.

• Smile and greet the guests in a friendly and positive manner upon entering the arcade
• Assist guests of the arcade, explaining the operation of the machines and player’s card.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner; provide answers to questions, make recommendations when necessary.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence, removing disruptive guests if needed.
• Assist guests in redeeming winning tickets for prizes
• Complete daily inventory of prizes
• Perform minor repairs on machines.
• Clean and maintain the redemption counter and machines; ensure prize inventory is kept neat and attractively displayed while maintaining sufficient stock. Communicate inventory shortages to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work a variety of shift including: days, nights, weekends and holidays.
