The company is hiring an Internal Audit Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring and documenting support of the department’s quality goals and initiatives.

Fairly and consistently evaluates written customer contact, Vervent created reports and automated processes for accuracy.

Provides documented feedback for success in executing superior service and quality to our customers and clients.

• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field,

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or a related field, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• Work experience with auditing

• Build and present trend data of multichannel monitoring formats and quality standards to compile and track performance at the team level.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members through effective communication throughout the client life-cycle.
• Consult with management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of system access.
• Define and document customer business functions and processes.
• Develop tools, techniques, and standardization to ensure repeatable results, enhance company effectiveness, client satisfaction, and overall cost efficiency.
• Maintain departmental standards through exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Perform ongoing evaluation of reporting effectiveness and develop new reports anticipating the client and internal stakeholder needs and driving towards self-service capabilities.
• Prepares and analyzes weekly and monthly internal and external quality reports to identify customer needs and expectations.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, including stakeholders and team members, through written and verbal means.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action.
• Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office

• Lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sounds as voice, and communicate through human speech.
• Required to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Requires the ability to operate a keyboard, computer mouse, telephone, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment.
• Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
