Encompass Wellness & Aesthetics is a growing medical wellness and aesthetics clinic in Sioux Falls, offering an elevated experience that blends medical‑grade treatments with a relaxing, spa‑like environment. We provide services such as injectables, skin rejuvenation, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and now Hydra Facial treatments.

We are looking for a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client education, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The Esthetician will perform customized facials, advanced skin treatments, and Hydra Facial services while educating clients on home‑care regimens and recommending products that support their long‑term skin health goals. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, coachable, sales‑minded, and excited to help build and grow the aesthetics side of the practice.

• Perform professional facials and advanced skin treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and brand standards.
• Perform Hydra Facial treatments (Signature, Deluxe, and/or Platinum protocols) and other device‑based treatments as trained.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations, including reviewing skin concerns, goals, and treatment options.
• Recommend skincare products and treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs to support optimal results and compliance.
• Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑care instructions and maintain accurate treatment notes in the EMR/software.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service, follow‑up, and rebooking.
• Support promotional campaigns, treatment packages, memberships, and product launches.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment room in full compliance with state and clinic standards.
• Assist with front‑desk‑related tasks as needed (greeting clients, scheduling, checking out, answering basic service questions).
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with products, protocols, and service offerings.

• Current South Dakota Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing (required).
• 1+ year of hands‑on esthetics experience preferred; new graduates with strong customer service and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with Hydra Facial or other medical‑grade skincare devices is a plus (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and results‑driven skincare.
• Comfortable with product recommendations and sales, and able to meet or exceed service and retail goals.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a client‑focused mindset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a mix of days, some evenings, and potential Saturdays based on business needs.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8‑5 pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 9‑6 pm
• Every other Saturday: 9‑2 pm
