Serenity Esthetics is hiring a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Help clients understand their skin, build effective treatment plans, and feel confident in their skincare journey.

• Perform facials tailored to each client's skin goals.
• Lead consultations, skin assessments, and treatment plans.
• Recommend products and home-care routines.
• Keep accurate client records and follow sanitation protocols.
• Build long-term client relationships through attentive service.

• Active South Dakota Esthetician License required by the start of employment. Candidates pursuing South Dakota licensure through endorsement may also be considered.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of skincare, skin analysis, and product recommendations.
• Hydra Facial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning experience preferred.

Part-time to full-time, based on spa hours and business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes. Specific schedules and availability expectations will be discussed during the hiring process.
