This full‑time opportunity is ideal for a behavior analyst experienced in outpatient settings with children and adolescents. We seek a candidate who is a BCBA‑D or BCBA and is licensed in South Dakota. The role includes work in a pediatric residential setting, focusing on severe behavior.
Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop evidence‑based intervention plans for residents.
- Create and implement individualized ABA programs, including EIBI or ESDM when appropriate.
- Lead treatment teams and collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
- Track progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions.
- Provide training and mentorship to BCBA‑students and other team members.
- Assist with research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification &licensure in South Dakota required.
- Experience with early childhood development preferred.
- Prior experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and challenging behaviors preferred.
- Ability to provide early intervention services using Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) or Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) preferred.
