Life Scape is looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team in an outpatient setting. You will provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care to children and families, collaborating with physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists, and other specialists.

• Full‑time (30–40 hrs/week)
• Part‑time (hourly)
• PRN/Float (unscheduled hours by request)

• Assess patients using evidence‑based tools and develop individual therapy plans.
• Implement occupational therapy interventions across settings (outpatient clinic, school, inpatient, etc.).
• Collaborate with a pediatric interdisciplinary team to integrate care and share best practices.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic activities for home and school settings.
• Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure compliance with state licensure and accreditation standards.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state of South Dakota (bachelor’s degree holders grandfathered).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience with pediatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
