** Position Highlights

* Position Summary:

** Centralized scheduling for the NCH cardiologists, APP’s and surgeons, including answering incoming patient and referring office calls, electronic referral processing, clinical workload requests, following up on voicemails, data entry of single to multiple appointments utilizing multiple screens and modules to coordinate with acute and ambulatory modules, EMR creation, obtaining patient demographics and instructing patients prior to procedures according to guidelines.

* Work Schedule:

** Forty hours per week, Monday through Friday. Hours are 8 am until 5 pm.
** Education/

Experience:

** High School diploma required.  Associate degree from an accredited university/college and/or hospital, medical office, clinic, or hospital business operations experience preferred.
** Licensure/Certification:
** None required.
