Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Checking in all employees and highlighting on the Open Table system.
• Answering the phone, taking reservations, and takeout orders.
• Ensuring menus are clean and organized.
• Greeting, checking in, and seating guests.
• Printing special chits with instructions from Open Table and handing them off to servers.
• Reviewing reservations and planning the shift accordingly.
• Using Open Table to capture guest information.
• Coordinating with the floor manager to ensure proper wait times.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the restrooms and host stand.
• Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Excellent communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
• Basic reading and computer skills.
• Ability to visually scan the restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

This is an hourly position with variable hours, typically between 9 AM and 2 AM, seven days a week.

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour.
