Duties and Responsibilities:Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Checking in all employees and highlighting on the Open Table system.
- Answering the phone, taking reservations, and takeout orders.
- Ensuring menus are clean and organized.
- Greeting, checking in, and seating guests.
- Printing special chits with instructions from Open Table and handing them off to servers.
- Reviewing reservations and planning the shift accordingly.
- Using Open Table to capture guest information.
- Coordinating with the floor manager to ensure proper wait times.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the restrooms and host stand.
- Interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
- Basic reading and computer skills.
- Ability to visually scan the restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
This is an hourly position with variable hours, typically between 9 AM and 2 AM, seven days a week.

Compensation:$14.00 - $18.00 per hour.
