As a Hotel Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and stress-free. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel promptly and efficiently
• Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to guest inquiries
• Assisting guests with special requests and accommodations
• Handling reservations and updating guest information in the system
• Resolving guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Must be able to pass a background check.

If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Prior experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
