Talent Manager, Recruiter
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will support daily HR operations, promote a positive workplace culture and help drive organizational success.
Responsibilities- Employee Relations – Counsel supervisors on HR policies, performance concerns, and office relationships; support the annual performance review process and guide leaders in building a positive culture.
- HR Data / HRIS – Maintain accurate HR records, use HRIS software to manage employee data, track time and attendance, and generate HR reports.
- Recruitment – Support the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers, and assist departments in developing advertisement strategies.
- Additional HR responsibilities will be assigned based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and interests.
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a comparable field, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and experience with difficult conversations
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong, proactive problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS / Data Management and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
