The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of our internal recruiting function, delivering full cycle recruiting support across all divisions. This role will source and qualify talent, deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience, and help business leaders make informed hiring decisions.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Assist in leading the full cycle recruiting function
  • Maintain ATS accuracy to support candidate profiles, reporting and forecasting
  • Stay adept in industry best-practices to help refine techniques to increase efficiency and facilitate decision-making
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and applications
  • Conduct Phone screens
  • Support pre-employment processes, including background checks
  • Schedule subsequent interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Support HR/Recruitment team with sourcing tasks and pipeline organization
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support
  • Serve as point of contact for the candidates throughout the entire candidate life cycle
Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience (1+ years) in HR, Admin, or similar industry strongly preferred
  • Prior experience (1+ years) in outbound phone, email, and text messaging communication strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and leadership
  • Strong understanding of recruiting, hiring, and HR best practices strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high attention to detail while working at a fast pace
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sensitive information
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to translate concepts and details effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Compensation and Benefits
  • The hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hour DOE
  • As a part-time/contract position there are no benefits with this role
