United States (Remote)

• Partner with product and engineering teams to conduct research, engage with customers, and explore a broad range of solutions, developing concepts and detailed designs.
• Anticipate gaps and opportunities in customer understanding that drive real business impact, thinking strategically about long‑term decisions.
• Use sketching, flow diagrams, interface design tools, and prototyping tools to create and iterate designs.
• Design connected, holistic, and modular systems that enable faster product development.
• Lead large, strategic and complex projects or processes with significant impact on Anchorage’s success.
• Break down complex projects into simple initiatives, prioritize work, and illustrate the value of contributions.
• Align product impact across teams, driving collaboration with product, design and engineering.
• Influence business direction through innovative service or product design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate team strategy into product vision and implement aligned programs.
• Communicate complex issues clearly across audiences, partner with senior members to disseminate vision and strategy.

• 8+ years of experience designing world‑class complex enterprise products.
• Deep knowledge of financial and crypto products.
• Proven ability to define strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS, Web, and other platforms.
• Ownership of the design process, holistic thinking, and clear articulation of design decisions that deliver user and business value.
• Experience creating usable, accessible, modular designs that scale.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership in cross‑functional environments.
• Partnering experience with product managers and engineers to develop strategic product features.
• Ability to give, receive, and guide feedback for other designers.
• Creativity, humility, detail‑orientation, self‑awareness, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and tenacity.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating high‑quality design work and storytelling.

• Design experience in crypto or finance space (banking, settlement, asset custody).
• Experience designing for institutional users in digital finance.
