Fintech Technology Integrator; Hybrid

After the initial training period, this is a hybrid role, working onsite in the Sioux Falls, SD office.

The Technology Integration Manager for the Fintech Solutions division is a key member of the Business Risk and Controls team and serves as a bridge between business teams, operations, and technology in a dynamic fintech/Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless adoption, integration, and optimization of artificial intelligence platforms and enterprise software tools that support the company s products and services.

The Technology Integration Manager will combine technical knowledge with strong communication and training skills to enable teams to use all technology tools (with a high emphasis on Artificial Intelligence LLMs) effectively, securely, and innovatively.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent training and experience.
• 7 years of experience in a technology adoption, business systems analyst, solutions consultant, or integration-focused role (fintech or financial services experience strongly preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as Large Language Models and/or Artificial Intelligence assistants.
• Basic understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory considerations within fintech/financial services.

• AI experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills - able to translates between technical and business audiences.
• Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance financial services and client outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Adaptive and innovative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Up to 25% travel required.
