Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Desktop Support. The primary responsibilities include deploying single sign-on badges and new systems, as well as refreshing computers to align with new application requirements. This role also involves workstation refreshes.

• Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems.
• Refresh computers to meet new application recommendations.
• Perform workstation refreshes.
• Provide on-site support in Sioux Falls and travel to other locations as needed.

• Ability to be on-site in Sioux Falls.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
• Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end‑user training.

Entry Level.

Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
