Desktop Support Technician

Overview

We are seeking Desktop Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale workstation refresh project across multiple healthcare locations. This initiative involves replacing and installing thousands of desktops and laptops to meet updated system requirements. Candidates will play a key role in supporting a major electronic health record (EHR) implementation.

• Perform hardware and software installations for desktop and laptop systems.
• Assist with workstation refreshes and equipment replacement.
• Deploy single sign-on badges as needed.
• Provide excellent customer support and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and accurately.
• May involve light lifting of equipment.

• Experience:
  
  Desktop support knowledge preferred; hardware/software installation experience helpful.
• Ability to work on-site in hospitals and clinics.
• Must meet medical, drug, and background screening requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to start ASAP.

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• On-site presence required 5 days per week in Sioux Falls, SD; part-time availability may be considered.

Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
