PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE | Electronic Systems Inc. (ESI) | Sioux Falls, SD | Full-Time | B-Shift 4pm – 2:30am

• Work directly from prints or assembly instructions to assemble low‑volume and prototype projects
• Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards
• Responsible for the accuracy of component placement and assembly of final product
• Work with other assemblers to teach assembly and soldering techniques that will ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with teammates to share assembly and soldering techniques that support quality and efficiency
• Communicate job status to team leaders
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail and teamwork
• Participate in continuous improvement and occasional overtime as needed

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions
• Self‑starter who collaborates effectively across teams

• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• At least 3 years of assembly, production, manufacturing, or repair experience
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
• Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment with new builds each day
