This is a full-time on‑site role for a CNC Machinist located in Sioux Falls, SD.

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Read and interpret drawings, instructions, blueprints, and samples to ensure accurate production.
• Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
• Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
• Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
• Monitor production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.
• Set up machines effectively.
• Check output for quality assurance and document or discard defects.
• Identify need for and perform machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

• Postsecondary training, trade certificate for CNC Machinist or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in machine operation, machining, and milling.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety, and commitment to quality.
• Able to set up machines efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
