Performs various aspects of assembly, test, and calibration of assemblies according to specifications.

• Build assemblies using various tools and fixtures.
• Verify that standards are correct and that products meet required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions.
• May package products or assemblies as needed.
• Inspect assemblies for defects during various stages of production.
• Perform tests on products as required.
• Maintain applicable records.
• Perform high‑quality work.
• Identify production‑related issues.
• Demonstrate support for company culture in daily actions.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learn, understand, continuously improve, and promote the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Team player who is self‑motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
• Experience using hand tools, soldering irons, and press equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication with team members and leadership staff.

The annual salary for this role is USD $18.00 per hour, plus any applicable bonus (actual salaries will vary based on skill, experience, and qualifications).
