Sioux Falls, United States | Posted on 01/06/2026

Grit | We’re hungry, we hustle, we pivot. We’re still at the stage where everyone has to pitch in at the warehouse on occasion. No egos.

Pursuing excellence | Getting better every day- moving swiftly when adjustments need to be made.

Team orientation | We view our coworkers, customers and vendors as partners. Transparent and cross‑functional is how we work.

Boldly innovative | We didn’t get here with a “this is how it’s done” mindset. We welcome ideas, creativity and we embrace obstacles as opportunities.

Nimble | Our ability to chase trends and move quickly has led to our success, but also means very little is concrete. We aim to preserve this agility as we grow and look for people who can thrive when things are moving quickly.

Our Team & Success | Gameday Social is a South Dakota based fashion brand- for women, by women. Founded by Jael Thorpe in 2021, and an officially certified woman owned company, we aim to “elevate the social fan experience through licensed collaborations.” We have grown rapidly through innovative design, outstanding quality and developing key retailer and licensing relationships across the country.

Role Overview

We are conducting a confidential search for a Screen print Shop Manager who will both establish a new in‑house screen print shop from the ground up and manage daily production once operational. This role combines leadership in planning and setup with hands‑on press operation and production responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is experienced in both manual and automatic screen‑printing, has a strong eye for detail, curiosity and learning mindset, and thrives in an environment where they can build systems, shape workflows, and produce high‑quality apparel that consistently reflects brand standards.

  • Mix inks to match approved colors and perform test prints to ensure accuracy.
  • Load and unload garments, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
  • Maintain consistent production speed while ensuring print quality.
2. Quality & Efficiency
  • Inspect prints for alignment, opacity, and color accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve printing errors or mechanical issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
3. Maintenance & Safety
  • Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and equipment to extend lifespan and ensure quality output.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Communicate with the Production Supervisor regarding order specifications, quality issues, or supply needs.
  • Support other production areas (heat press, packaging, etc.) as needed.
Requirements What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of screen printing experience; experience setting up or launching a print shop strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with manual and automatic press operation.
  • Ability to match colors accurately, troubleshoot print issues, and maintain high quality standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for maintaining and adjusting print equipment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and committed to craftsmanship.
  • Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
