57th Street eKids Coordinator

PART-TIME, 20 HOURS/WEEK - Work alongside and assist the eKids Coordinator in preparing and facilitating all aspects of Sunday morning eKids (birth–5th grade).

Work alongside and assist the eKids Coordinator in preparing and facilitating all aspects of Sunday morning eKids (birth–5th grade).

Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and caring for a growing team of volunteers.

Communicate clearly and effectively in a positive way with volunteers.

Assist in preparing Sunday content and activities using curriculum resources.

Build relationships with eKids families, providing care and communication both on Sundays and throughout the week.

Assist with maintaining volunteer records, ensuring background checks and safety standards are up-to-date.

Assist in creating and maintaining safe, engaging environments for kids to learn about Jesus.

Assist in planning and facilitating eKids special events.

Participate in staff, campus and team meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Part time employment (working a minimum of 20 hrs/week) at Embrace includes a generous and competitive compensation package, including a matching 403b program and PTO package.
