Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). The RN collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Responsibilities include preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up for residents. The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe, reliable patient care and resolving concerns.

The RN functions within the scope of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and related regulations.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
  Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of long‑term care, sub‑acute care, or medical/surgical experience preferred; additional training may be required for specific positions.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure accepted in NLC states.
• Completion of required certifications, CEUs, and competency training.
