Job SummaryThe Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients in outpatient settings. The RN coordinates care, assesses patients, educates patients, and collaborates with the health care team, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate outpatient care.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing, unencumbered, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
