• Provide high-quality care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license within the state of South Dakota
• Long-Term Care experience is a plus but not required; new students are welcome
• Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend)
