Seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to provide care in a long-term care facility serving elderly residents in general LTC, memory care, and short-stay rehab. The nurse will support residents with complex needs including home-hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, tracheostomies, diabetes management, wound care, and other chronic conditions.

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license at time of hire
• Experience in LTC preferred
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality care for residents with complex medical needs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• RN Pay: $34–$48/hr
• LPN Pay: $26–$36/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: RN $20,000 | LPN $10,000
• Relocation Bonus: None
