Sage Group Health Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN to provide quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Shift: Evening | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
FTE: 1.0
Salary: $38–$48/hour
, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000
, paid in 3 installments over 2 years
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities- Assess residents and provide individualized nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and process physician orders.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
- Assist with resident transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment.
- Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
. - Current RN license in the applicable state.
- BLS certification required
. - Strong communication, observation, and clinical skills.
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- $38–$48/hour
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
