Year-Round Full-Time Position (We do Snow Removal and keep crews year round)

Specialized Property Care has grown, and we are looking to add several
Lawn Mowing Foremen to our Lawn Mowing Teams.There's lots of room for advancement and growth for the right motivated people.

All New Lawn Mowing foreman's will be fast-tracked through our Leadership Training Program

Seeking responsible Crew Foreman’s.Looking for motivated, mature individuals who enjoy working outdoors, with minimal supervision, willing to provide customers with exceptional service.

Description of duties: 40+ hours per week (50-60 hours a Week on avg during the peak mowing season) Must be able to work from 7am until the day’s work is completed and Saturday’s as needed.

Applicants should be

• Able to work well with othersas well as independently
• References will be checked
• Reliable, honest and positive
• Attentive to detail
• Experienced, but training is available for willing, fast learners.
• In good physical condition, able to lift 50# regularly
• Willing to work hard in all weather conditions
• Able to locate addresses accurately using GPS
• 
  Must have a valid South Dakota driver’s license with good driving record
