• Newly developed leadership position created as part of the company's ongoing expansion
• Work directly with ownership and senior executives across all operations
• Lead the entire Food Safety, Quality, and Compliance division
• Oversee all systems, certifications, audits, and processes
• Implement new strategies and drive continuous improvement
• Influence key projects that shape the company's long-term success

• Oversee and manage all food safety, quality, and compliance programs company-wide
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and ownership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure adherence to USDA, FDA, and SQF regulations
• Support the company's organic and antibiotic-free product lines, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards
• Lead internal audits, maintain certifications, and champion process improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor staff to foster a strong culture of safety and compliance

• Several years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of USDA, FDA, and SQF standards and certifications
• Experience with organic and antibiotic-free products is strongly preferred
• Background in food processing
• Confident leader who can manage and build a program from the ground up
• Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work effectively with ownership and multiple divisions
