We are looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Agent to specialize in rental showings and investor relations. This is more than just a traditional sales role — it’s a unique opportunity to become a Partner in Real Estate, working alongside seasoned investors, landlords, and first-time buyers who are ready to grow their portfolios.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients identify, analyze, and secure profitable investment properties across Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and host rental property showings for potential tenants
• Work closely with our property management and investor teams to manage property access, availability, and tenant screening
• Assist investors in identifying new acquisition opportunities based on cash flow potential and investment goals
• Prepare and present comparative market analyses and rental income estimates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors, vendors, and service providers
• Support clients through the full transaction cycle — from offer to closing
• Track activity and pipeline updates in our CRM (Brivity)

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in South Dakota (or actively pursuing license)
• Strong interest in investment real estate, including rentals, flips, and multi-family
• Comfortable showing properties independently and managing schedules
• Organized, resourceful, and confident working both with investors and tenants
• Eager to learn investment strategies and tools (we’ll teach you!)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow a career in real estate
