Responsibilities
  • Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Leverage provided leads to build and maintain a robust client portfolio.
  • Conduct property showings and provide insightful information to clients about each listing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on local market trends to offer informed advice and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Commission-based position.
Compensation

$125,500 - $192,500 yearly
