- Manage lease renewals, new lease signings, and tenant communications.
- Handle rent collections and manage overdue payments and other financial matters.

- Manage all aspects of leasing, from application to move‑in.
- Work on strategies to keep occupancy high and turnover low.
- Experience in residential property management (ideally 3+ years)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable using property management software
- Knowledge of local and federal property laws
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A positive, customer‑focused attitude
OFFER:
- Competitive pay
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Health & dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
- Paid time off, holidays, and volunteer hours
- Summer Fridays with early hours
- 401(k) plan
- Opportunities for professional growth
- A supportive, team‑oriented work environment
