The ideal candidate will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff
• Demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen.
• Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook
• Possess a valid food handler's card, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to work varied schedules in response to business needs and be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
