Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach evening and weekend staff members
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with scheduling and training of new employees
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
