Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales) – AAA Club Alliance

Apply to join the AAA Club Alliance team as a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Sioux Falls, SD.

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, packages, maps, tour books, and triptik services.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Base salary: $12.99 to $17.00 per hour, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
• Incentive pay average: $162.00 – $389.00 per month.
• Store hours:
  Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM;
  Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM; 37.5‑hour work week.
• No Sundays.
• Full‑time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.

• Previous sales and customer service experience with a proven ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, ability to navigate multiple websites and programs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Basic geography knowledge (beneficial).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment and post‑employment screening (criminal, drug, state/vendor). May include obtaining necessary licenses.
