Regional Visual Design Manager

Furniture Mart USA offers a full-time, onsite role (40 hours per week) in Sioux Falls, SD where you can lead visual merchandising standards and help an in-store team bring brand-consistent displays to life. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching, organized visual displays that support in-store visual merchandising strategies and help drive sales. Working closely with the Director of Visual Design
, you will ensure brand consistency across visual elements while regularly visiting stores to review standards and provide actionable feedback. The role also includes staying current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for visual enhancements.

• Coach, train, and develop an in-store visual merchandising team to execute visual merchandising strategies and promote products to drive sales
• Create attractive, well-organized displays that highlight merchandise
• Collaborate with the Director of Visual Design to maintain brand consistency across all visual elements
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback to the in-store team
• Train and educate the team on visual merchandising techniques and best practices
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to find opportunities for improved visual presentations

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs or more
• Proven ability to lead and manage people and performance
• Capacity to multitask, strong time management, and proactive decision-making
• Strong layout design skills with a keen understanding of color, composition, and spatial arrangements
• Proficiency in using illustration software to create visual concepts and designs
• Excellent selling skills with the ability to present products in an enticing manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey visual concepts and ideas
• Previous experience in retail sales or visual merchandising is highly desirable
