What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to identify needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in the territory
- Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop short- and long-term plans
- Build business relationships to uncover customer priorities and needs
- Ensure a consistent customer experience by collaborating with the oncology customer team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with a preference for oncology
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel 10-15%
- Must reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales, marketing, or oncology clinical role
- Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience
