What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Engage with customers to identify needs and educate stakeholders about oncology products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals in the territory
  • Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop short- and long-term plans
  • Build business relationships to uncover customer priorities and needs
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience by collaborating with the oncology customer team

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Professional sales experience or work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, with a preference for oncology
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel 10-15%
  • Must reside in or within a reasonable distance to the district

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales, marketing, or oncology clinical role
  • Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience
