At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency, and respiratory illnesses.

The Associate Territory Account Manager sells Tactile Medical devices and educates physicians, clinicians, and patients on our products that are clinically pont to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.

• Conduct full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, services, closing and follow-up).
• Work with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products offered by Tactile Medical.
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and assist them with questions.
• Assist the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Assist in providing customer support through training and education on disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.
• Comply with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years).
• 1+ years of outside or inside sales experience OR
• 2+ years of patient‑facing clinical experience OR
• 1+ years of Tactile Medical patient‑facing or sales support work experience.

• Outside sales experience with in‑person product demonstrations.
• Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
• Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong sales “close” experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence.
• Resourceful and a self‑starter.
• Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conferences, trainings, etc.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds.

US Pay Range: $56,000 - $74,550 USD.
