Showroom Retail Sales Associate

As a Showroom Retail Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, guides them through our product offerings, and helps turn their questions into confident buying decisions.

Working on the showroom floor at Frisbees, you will connect with a wide range of customers each day. Your goal is to understand what each person is looking for, share your product knowledge, and provide service that keeps people coming back. This is a position where enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help truly make a difference.

• Welcome customers as they enter the showroom and offer attentive, approachable assistance throughout their visit.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products that match their goals, budget, and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom with accurate displays and signage.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges with care.
• Build and maintain product knowledge so you can answer questions with confidence.
• Follow up with customers to support ongoing relationships and repeat business.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments to ensure orders and deliveries go smoothly.
• Keep records of customer interactions and support inventory counts as needed.

We welcome candidates who bring energy, reliability, and a customer-first attitude. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, but a strong willingness to learn matters just as much.

• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
• Comfort working directly with customers and resolving concerns patiently.
• Basic math and computer skills for processing sales and tracking information.
• Ability to stand, move around the showroom, and lift or move products as part of daily tasks.
• A team-oriented approach and dependability across scheduled hours, including some Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Starting wage is $19.00/ hr+ depending on qualifications with monthly sales commissions that grow as you grow with the job. First-year income potential of $50,000
