Seeking an experienced and reliable Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our fabrication team. You ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on diverse projects. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on leader who is ready to mentor a team, interpret customer drawings, and grow with a company that invests in its people.

• Overseeing daily shop operations and workflow
• Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and fabricators
• Coordinating jobs, schedules, and materials to meet deadlines
• Ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and project specifications
• Good communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the fabrication or installation process
• Manage material and equipment maintenance
• Pitching in on jobs as needed — no task too big or small

• Proven leadership or management experience (shop, field, or crew)
• Sheet metal or HVAC experience is strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on attitude
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong customer service mindset — we go the extra mile
• Willingness to do what it takes to keep jobs moving and customers happy

• Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
• Forklift, OSHA, or other safety certifications
• Familiarity with shop tools, fabrication equipment, or inventory systems
