Shop Manager

We’re looking for a hard‑working, dependable, and trustworthy person to keep our tools, parts,
rigging gear
, and equipment organized and ready to go. This role supports our concrete crews, crane and rigging teams, and in‑house shop. The job is hands‑on and essential to keeping jobs moving. The right person takes pride in staying organized, showing up every day, and being a crew member who can be counted on. We’re also looking for someone who works hard, takes responsibility, and wants a long‑term position.

This position will oversee and work with one inventory assistant.

• Keep track of tools, parts, rigging gear, and shop supplies
• Ensure crews and mechanics have what they need to do their jobs
• Order parts, tools, and supplies and receive deliveries
• Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe
• Help prevent job delays by staying ahead of shortages
• Work closely with field crews, crane operators, and shop mechanics
• Lead and work alongside one inventory assistant

• Hard‑working, reliable, and honest
• Shows up on time and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable working in a construction or shop environment
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment parts, or heavy equipment is a plus
• Able to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed
• Team‑first attitude — we want someone who fits in and sticks around

• Construction, equipment, shop, or warehouse experience preferred
• Inventory or parts experience is helpful but not required for the right person
